Hello, I'm Amber
I support people in cultivating a deeper relationship with their bodies and with the living world.

My work is grounded in herbal medicine and shaped by both science and tradition—drawing from current research, holistic nutrition, clinical training in vitalist, European, Chinese, and Ayurvedic herbalism, as well as my personal and ancestral relationships with plants and the earth. I am also grateful to carry teachings shared with permission by Indigenous elders.
My role is not to override your intuition, but to collaborate with it. I serve as guide, witness, and botanical matchmaker—connecting you with the medicinal plants and foods that best support your unique constitution and circumstances. From there, I create custom herbal formulas crafted specifically for you.

When thoughtfully designed for an individual body—rather than taken as a one-size-fits-all solution—formulas often work more efficiently and offer deeper, broader, and longer-lasting support than a single herb alone. The whole-plant preparations I recommend are carefully sourced and may be offered as tinctures, glycerites, teas, decoctions, oils, salves, or capsules, depending on your needs and the nature of the plants.

You can feel confident that recommendations are selected with safety in mind, including for those who are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

My background as a dancer, doula, lactation counselor, and family advocate gives me an embodied understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the tender transitions surrounding fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, abortion, birth, and postpartum. I specialize in supporting hormonal balance for people of all genders, helping to restore vitality at every stage of life.
Through Wild Beyond, I am committed to expanding access to sensitive, holistic, and intuitive care. I am not a physician and do not diagnose or treat disease; consultations are available to anyone seeking herbal guidance. Sliding scale rates are offered on an ongoing basis, and I reserve one no-cost session each month for those in need, prioritizing BIPOC and LGBTIQA+ community members.

In addition to my private practice, I have served as Clinic Director for the ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism, currently see clients at Pellegrino Healing Center and Pellegrino Integrative Cancer Center, and welcome creative collaborations as a consultant and teacher.
